Minimum price begins at $200-$500 for custom 9x12 unframed watercolor painting of your home. Email me at Mrg.Simon@Designed2Stick.com PRIOR to purchase and a custom listing will be developed for you. All I need is an electronic photograph of the home and I can quote a price based on the image's complexity. Also advise if there are any special requests. If you want the family name and/or address on the painting, please provide that information as well. Finished product will ship within 14 days. NOTE: This is based on a 9x12 size. Larger sizes will be priced accordingly. This does NOT come framed but the image will be centered to fit an 8x10 opening. Artist retains copyright on all items.
