I’m intrigued by the world around me and paint from nature, for the most part.

Watercolors were my first love, and their detail lends itself to viewing close up. I’ve also fallen in love with the loose, abstract impressionist style with acrylics which are best viewed from a distance to create the magical optical blending that comes from afar.

All my paintings are rendered on 140 lb cold press watercolor paper, unless otherwise noted.
