RAP Rapid City Airport Code postcard
This post card celebrates the rich history of aviation in the Black Hills of South Dakota. It includes facts about the first airplane flight in the state, and uses the the red and blue color scheme of Rapid Air Lines, one of the first airlines in the state. This is a one-of-a-kind memento, reminiscent of a luggage tag from the days of early commercial passenger service. The letters RAP are the assigned FAA code for Rapid City Regional Airport in South Dakota. It makes a great souvenir and adds a local touch to jotting off a quick note to family and friends!
This 6"x4" postcard is made of one-side-coated paper for a brilliant image, and an uncoated reverse side for easy writing. It was designed and printed in South Dakota.
